A very friendly and, above all, calm person. We visited her for the first time during her emergency appointments. Ms. Theisen made a very professional impression on me. Since my cat needs to be sedated for examination at the vet (she reacts with great aggression due to fear), and Ms. Theisen hadn't met her before, she didn't want to stress her too much and was able to examine my cat in a carrier with my help. She can adapt to each individual animal, and I think that's the most important thing for a veterinarian. I can truly recommend her! And the prices are more than reasonable! ❤️🐈‍⬛

A very kind and caring veterinarian who also takes plenty of time for her patients during emergency care on Saturdays. Thank you again! 😊
