Ms. Theisen supported us throughout our dog Buddy's journey with a tumor. She diagnosed it and referred us to an oncologist for further examination. Unfortunately, we received bad news there, and according to the specialist, we only had a few months left. From then on, Ms. Theisen provided our dog with palliative care, and that was the best thing that could have happened to us and our dog. Those few months turned into 19 months... Without Ms. Theisen, we wouldn't have had so much time, and we wouldn't have been able to experience so many wonderful moments with Buddy. She was always there to advise us, took our fears seriously, and, above all, alleviated them with her expertise. She always kept our dog's illness in focus and treated him superbly! She always communicated very openly and professionally, and that's how we realized it was time to let him go. She was also there for his passing. Even though it was such a sad moment, no one else could have made it so beautiful. She is not only the best doctor we could have asked for, but also the best person. I would give more than 5 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. But she gave us 19 extra months with our dog, and that's the greatest gift of all.
