Our daughter (11) received excellent service. She was shown many different frames, and great care was taken to consider her personal taste. The range of options was fantastic, and we really appreciated the unobtrusive approach. The lens consultation was expert, and the frames were ready for pickup quickly. Upon pickup, the frames were adjusted for a perfect fit. We would gladly return.

Her expertise and dedication truly impressed me – you can immediately tell that she has passed her master craftsman's examination and knows exactly what she's doing. I always felt I received excellent advice and support from her. Since my hearing aids are getting on in years, we wanted to apply for new ones through my health insurance. Unfortunately, there were some difficulties, but Ms. Hausdorf did everything in her power to get the best possible results from my current hearing aids.
