Unfortunately, I couldn't get a good impression of their services. The practice was supposed to be responsible for our emergency appointment, and after calling to arrange it, we set off. On the way there, we received a call saying they weren't responsible for our case and that we should turn around and find another vet. Disappointing and unreliable. No points given, and from what I've heard, this has happened quite often... they really shouldn't offer emergency services at all!
