Reviews
According to the veterinary emergency service, this vet was supposed to be on call for emergencies today. However, 1) this vet was unreachable by phone, and 2) despite ringing the bell several times, I found myself standing in front of locked doors! After 10 minutes, someone at the vet's office finally raised the blinds in the dark, where I was standing outside with my dog, and then simply lowered them again, as if to say, "There's an emergency, but I don't care." What a pathetic display of incompetence! This says it all about this vet's office.
She helped my cat tremendously with her feline herpesvirus (feline rhinotracheitis). I went to several vets who only treated the symptoms but never addressed the underlying cause. At this veterinary practice, the animal and its health truly come first. Thank you for your work!
My cat was spayed at this veterinary practice. Unfortunately, she developed a severe skin reaction all over her abdomen after the procedure. After taking her to an animal hospital a few days later, the veterinarians there determined that it was most likely a chemical reaction to the disinfectant used – possibly due to an incorrect concentration or an expired product. The hospital couldn't definitively confirm the cause, as the incident had occurred several days prior, but the attending veterinarians considered a reaction to the disinfectant the most plausible explanation. It was not an allergic reaction or self-harm. When I confronted my regular veterinarian about the incident, she categorically denied any responsibility. I found her statement that she had "never seen a cat massacre itself like that" particularly disappointing. I considered this remark inappropriate and irresponsible, especially since the cause was very likely related to the treatment. Especially considering that my cat was already being treated at the clinic and was in critical condition at that point. I'm not writing this review out of anger, but to raise awareness among other pet owners. For me, a respectful and responsible approach to mistakes is part of trustworthy veterinary care. Unfortunately, that's what I didn't find here.
The practice is a bit dated, but that doesn't detract from the vet's competence. The animals are truly cared for, treated with consideration, and every need is addressed. I brought my cat in for spaying, and everything went smoothly. Here, the animal's well-being is the priority, not the money. Thank you so much for the excellent care.
Good service, examined my cat and prepared docs for a flight to Belarus!
