I don't just know him from the phone. Unfortunately... We called the emergency animal hotline in the middle of the night because our dog had severe diarrhea and vomited for about an hour. We were transferred to Dr. Schön, as he was apparently on call. Unfortunately, he didn't take us seriously at all and told us to wait until morning. Out of desperation, we tried our luck and called another vet who had time for us immediately (even though she wasn't on call). That night, unfortunately, our usual vet was unavailable. He's usually on call, so it's understandable if he's sometimes unavailable. The next day, he couldn't understand Dr. Schön's attitude either. What's the point of being on call if you're not willing to help?

Uncomplicated and quick. Emergency while on vacation. My dog ​​had been bitten by another dog. A quick call to the doctor and I was able to come in immediately. First-class initial treatment of the wounds. Good advice. Took his time. Reasonable prices. Recommended.

I noticed a problem with my dog ​​today at 5 pm and called Mr. Schön at short notice. Even though he was just about to close the practice for the day, he kindly agreed to wait for us and treat my dog ​​immediately. ❤️ It's clear that he truly cares about animals and that his profession is more than just a business to him.
