We were mostly satisfied, however, the last time the vet stopped the dental treatment due to time constraints, and yet we were still billed for it! My attempt to clarify the situation was unfortunately ignored! What a shame!
Whenever my horse needed a vet, either Dr. Meyer-Eilers or Dr. Voss was always available. Both are very competent, trustworthy, and caring. Even in an emergency, such as choke (unfortunately on a public holiday), Dr. Meyer-Eilers arrived quickly. I have always been very satisfied with the care my horse has received!
Dr. Meyer-Eilers came to my house in May and did my horse's teeth – I was extremely satisfied. He took his time and explained everything very well. Highly recommended! 👍👍
