I've never experienced a vet like this before. Very empathetic and thorough, everything was explained from the ground up, a callback at 8:45 pm when everyone else had already finished work, and a follow-up after my cat's surgery on a Saturday – that's not something you can take for granted. I can only say thumbs up and thank you so much!
