She is very friendly and calmed my Bella down. Thank you, Dr. Karpf. The staff are also very nice; my dog was no longer afraid. They took a lot of time. Thanks again.
My 10-year-old terrier mix received excellent care with herbal remedies from Dr. Karpf. He's already lived a year and a half longer than other veterinarians predicted. I'm also in very good hands with my young bulldog. Dr. Karpf takes the time to reassure not only the patients but also their owners. I am happy to continue going to this practice. These days, you have to make appointments everywhere, and in emergencies, the only option is often the animal hospital. From experience, I can say that the preventative care, follow-up treatment, and further examinations at this practice are always top-notch. A very friendly and understanding team. Thank you so much for everything.
Since I've always been satisfied with the vet's services, I've always happily taken my cats to the clinic. Now my cat has had twins, and one of them has unfortunately caught a cold. I requested a house call because I'm currently unable to travel to the clinic. However, the life of my little kitten is very important to me, so I'm extremely disappointed! I simply cannot understand why they don't make house calls in emergencies and therefore don't care about my kitten's life. I was asked to have someone from my family come, but since they don't live here, it's difficult, and I just can't understand why they don't do this.
An excellent veterinarian with great empathy for both animals and people. Our Filou likes her very much, which is really important, as otherwise a visit to the vet is even more stressful for the dog.
As a veterinarian, she's really good, but unfortunately, the service is rather poor. If you have an appointment and call to say you'll be a few minutes late, they say no problem. But when you arrive, you have to wait for every other appointment. Instead of immediately communicating that the delay isn't possible and scheduling a new appointment, they simply tell you. I mean, nobody has time to waste. But unfortunately, hardly anyone seems to realize that they're stealing your time, and we can't get it back.
