Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave our foundlings. ❤️ Dr. Weiß-Grauschopf helped us quickly and compassionately. She took her time and cared for the little ones so well; without her, they would very likely have died in the following nights. 😔

Beware, your vet visit shouldn't turn into a sales pitch! They claimed our cats had fleas and needed this and that. In a panic, I bought everything – only to find nothing when I combed them that same day and in the days that followed. A second vet opinion confirmed: no fleas. – That might still happen – but the response to my email to the practice was absolutely appalling. They accused me of lying, said this had never happened to them in 34 years, etc. Unfortunately, there was no empathy whatsoever for my situation (I had done a major cleaning at home, washing and vacuuming everything). And the visit to have the cats' stitches removed was very unpleasant, even for my children, who were with me. I'm sorry my short experience ended this way. I wanted to share my impression so others don't lose as much money as I did. I would have been happy if we could have reached an agreement or if they had shown some understanding for my truly unpleasant situation. Or if someone could have explained to me how the fleas could disappear so quickly (along with eggs, larvae, pupae, etc.) - I would have been open to that as well.

The veterinarian is very competent, as is her husband. They are both very kind and genuinely care about the animals' well-being. I feel very well cared for with my dogs, or rather, my one dog now.

We've been taking our animals to this veterinary practice for many years, and I can truly say from the bottom of my heart: you couldn't ask for better vets. ❤️ Our cat Angel came to us from a farm when he was just 8 weeks old, and no one knew if he would even make it. Thanks to the help, experience, and loving care of this practice, he did. 🥺🐾 (Angel is now 7 years old!) And now his life has been saved for the second time: Angel had a huge abscess with a fever of 40°C (104°F), and it was really close to becoming life-threatening. Thanks to the quick treatment and immediate action, he's thankfully doing much better now. ❤️ You can immediately tell how much heart, calm, and passion goes into this place. Both the vet and her husband take their time, explain everything clearly, and treat the animals with incredible love. It's precisely in moments like these that you realize how important good vets are – and we are incredibly grateful to have you. ❤️ Thank you for everything you do for Angel and our other cats! ❤️

We are very satisfied. In February, we found a kitten that had been hit by a car on the street and were able to come by immediately, even though the veterinary practice was closed and it was late. The little one was taken incredibly well care of, and the vaccinations, spaying, and microchipping that took place later were all quick and easy. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews, and we will definitely be bringing our cats back.
