We brought our PRE gelding to the clinic on Saturday as an emergency. He was dehydrated and constipated. The vets were very empathetic, which is very important with our gelding (Comandante) because he's very sensitive. We were given excellent information, and they really took their time for us, which I greatly appreciated. Different tests were performed every day, and they always asked what we wanted to do next and how much the stay was costing so far. Unfortunately, our little rascal has a stomach ulcer and chronic gastritis. Even during the follow-up care, they called regularly to check in and discuss further treatment. This medical practise should be shut down because of their behaviour. So I sent them some x rays to analyse they said the images are not good enough so then I went and got another vet to do this, no problem. Then they sent me an invoice for a full diagnosis so I disputed that because they can charge for effort but not an incomplete service. Anyway instead of discussing the dispute with me they went and violated GDPR contacting the owners of another horse I ride and falsely filling a form with them as the owners of this horse and making a false diagnosis report after generating the invoice to get money from me. The most disgusting part is those people have nothing to do with this horse so they have in effect tried to defame me because I simply disputed a service that was incomplete and that I had to do elsewhere. Unethical thugs. I would never trust them with my horse after seeing what they will do for just €100
