That was the worst experience of my life in a practice. You make an appointment, you arrive, and there's no one at the reception desk. Even after 15 minutes, nothing. You can't register because there's no one there. You wait for almost an hour and watch as others arrive before you, and you get insulted for not registering (the others didn't register either, which wasn't possible either; I followed this closely). The receptionist lets an animal wait and suffer, and she doesn't care at all. The doctors in this practice are very good and nice, but you can't get past the receptionist, who never sits at her desk except to occasionally collect money; in that case, she always runs away. I was banned/sent away from the practice "because she wouldn't listen to reason" (I just told her it was my turn – that if she kept leaving, she'd just have to see who had come in). Since it was so late by then, and my poor animal was still untreated, I had to go to the emergency practice in Nuremberg. The poor little old dog suffered so much anyway, waiting patiently in that practice for ages, and then shaking with excitement when she was thrown out because of the argument. Then a 45-minute drive to Nuremberg and another wait. I'll officially report the case. Practices have a duty to treat suffering animals, especially if you have an appointment. If the receptionist doesn't like the pet owner, it doesn't matter - she has to make sure the sick animals are treated. The receptionist just commented that many animals are sick, and I had no right to treatment, despite having an appointment. Bad luck. It's a shame. I used to enjoy being a customer here, but you can't run a practice with this employee.

A competent team, calm handling of my pet, and clear advice. Short waiting times and reliable treatment. Highly recommended.

I was there with one of my chickens because my whole flock was coughing. I specifically asked beforehand whether chickens were even treated - which they confirmed. At the practice, a swab was taken - so far, so good. After that, I was given a "herbal" remedy to "boost the immune system" until the results of the swab came back. At home, I discovered: it's not herbal, but homeopathic! I think homeopathy is nonsense, to each their own, but for a CHICKEN? I didn't even know what I was paying! When the test came back, it was clear: it was bacteria, and an antibiotic was needed. I picked it up and found out at home that it wasn't approved for laying hens, and you have to throw away the eggs for weeks! I called. They wanted to inquire. I called back: the representative(!) of the unapproved drug gave the all-clear, eggs should "only" be disposed of after 14 days. With a bad feeling, I gave the remedy for 5 days. Result: ZERO improvement. I threw almost 50 eggs in the trash 14 days later, and my chickens are still coughing. Now another chicken coworker explains to me: the remedy is known to be ineffective, so I need a different one that works immediately, and I don't have to throw away ANY eggs! Conclusion: over a hundred euros and 50 eggs in the trash because the vet simply doesn't know what she's doing, but doesn't just say so, but prescribes some nonsense. Two points because the practice is nice and they tried hard. But otherwise, a complete failure!

We feel very well cared for. Appointments are given at short notice, yet the entire treatment proceeds calmly and efficiently, thus relieving stress for both human and animal.
