Our cat Lilli, with her fish allergy and various other minor and major ailments, was a patient of Dr. Heide-Distler and Dr. Lanz for 14 years. She was always in excellent hands with them and their team over the years, not only professionally. The team's dedication sometimes went above and beyond "normal" care – for that, and for everything they did for our Lilli, and for how they always helped her, we are incredibly grateful. Sadly, we had to have dear Lilli put to sleep last week – and even then, we received very compassionate advice and support. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the veterinarians and the entire team for all these years; we haven't regretted for a second choosing this practice so many years ago. And for anyone looking for a veterinary practice where the animal's well-being is always the top priority, we wholeheartedly recommend them.

I can highly recommend this small animal practice. From the very beginning, my cat Kumo and I were warmly welcomed, and I was able to get an appointment for his neutering very quickly. And indeed, my cat Kumo was able to be neutered the very next day. A wonderful team and a very kind owner. The neutering went perfectly; my cat Kumo was sleepy and feeling great afterward. 🤍 Quick appointments, a friendly practice team, and loving care for the animals. Highly recommended.

For many years, I've been a patient of the veterinary practice in Hilpoltstein with my dogs. Both vets are excellent, but I'd also like to commend Ms. Lanz, who has been particularly empathetic and approachable with our rather challenging Vizsla from day one. Not everything is easy with our dog, and while a recent examination at a large veterinary clinic involved a muzzle, coercion, and time pressure, here they proceed with time and kindness. Even though I haven't lived in the area for a long time, I'm always happy to return to the practice. Thank you so much.
