Always by appointment, so there's never a wait. My cat can roam around there (if she'd come out of the carrier)... she gives good advice and takes her time. However, if you need something more serious like neutering, you have to go somewhere else because she's alone. Otherwise, it's great.

It's a shame they didn't return my call to schedule an appointment. If I'm on vacation, the answering machine should have said so. Not very trustworthy.

The home visits for indoor cats are simply perfect. She's empathetic and competent, and takes plenty of time for the animal. She also provides excellent advice, including alternative options. I would recommend her to any pet owner.

We found Dr. Hochstraßer to be an extremely kind, competent, and patient veterinarian who answered even the silliest questions (this is our first cat) in detail and with expertise. Because she works by appointment, there are no annoying waiting times, and the animals aren't unnecessarily stressed. We can wholeheartedly recommend her!

We found Ms. Hochstraßer to be a very competent, straightforward, and empathetic veterinarian. She is very flexible with appointments, and our dog loves her. And our dog usually doesn't like strangers at all. She takes the time necessary. A big plus is that there's no waiting room as such, since she mostly makes house calls, and you're the only patient at your scheduled appointment. So, the animals don't experience the stress of waiting. She said right from the start that not all treatments are available at her practice, but for the things that are most important to us, we always gladly go to Ms. Hochstraßer – even in emergencies.
