I was at the vet today and someone asked if I knew her. The person said people are going there with no intention of paying, even if they have the funds. I've read some great things here. I know what's it is like to have lost your job, fear of homelessness and then suddenly a sick cat. It costs a fortune to run even a successful animal hospital. PLEASE - pay her! How she has stayed open is beyond me. She seems to help everyone regardless.
They kinda handle the situations but not really. If you’re more familiar with messy environment you’ll be fine but I and my dog we both feel more comfortable when we’re in such place where (at least) well organized, clean, modern way of treatment. The doctors are very sweet but I’m not even sure if they’re real doctors.. or not…. Confused… long waiting hours (we had an appointment but had to wait for 5.5 hours) in the emergency situation and other dog was in the treatment with linger at the corner of the same room, i don’t know. I felt like im in 80’s
We had an emergency with our little frenchie bulldog having a seizure and ran to the vet on Tuesday. They were closed but luckily one of the vets saw us and opened the praxis to help our dog for the next 4 hours of her having a seizure. Their quick action and care helped save our baby before taking her to the an emergency vet 1 hour away. We are so grateful!!!!!!!
"Without a doubt, this is the finest vet clinic I've ever encountered. The staff are not just ordinary professionals - they're exceptional in every sense. They demonstrate unparalleled expertise, compassion, and proficiency in both traditional and alternative medication techniques. Their holistic approach to animal health is truly commendable. Dr. Christine Berger stands out as an angelic presence, with her vast knowledge and genuine care. The clinic offers scheduled appointments, but you can also call ahead or simply walk in. If there's ever a wait, it's because the dedicated team is attending to urgent cases, working tirelessly to save our beloved furry friends. This clinic has been a lifesaver for my pets and those of many friends. I deeply appreciate this sanctuary and their unwavering commitment to the well-being of animals. They truly are a blessing and deserve nothing but the greatest admiration”
