we went to this vet for many years until our dog passed away two years ago. they generally did a good service. my partner now has two dogs. he took them to this vet and as the main vet and him were speaking, the vet told him “you’ve been coming to me for many years. i find it really disrespectful that you don’t speak in german to me” my partner understands german but to fully understand his dog’s well being, he wanted to operate in his foreign language which is english. we found this behaviour really strange and since then, we don’t come here anymore. so beware, non-german speakers.
