As a dog owner, I wasn't satisfied, so I changed vets. Maybe she's better with cats. Not with dogs, in my opinion.

The vet pulled four healthy teeth from my dog, supposedly because they were loose, which I don't believe. He always played tug-of-war and caught balls without any problems. He's only 4 years old. She acted without asking. The dog was unresponsive and very scared for hours afterward. He didn't want to eat or cuddle. I suspect he wasn't given anesthesia. I don't know what she did to him. Never again. People, if you need your dog's teeth cleaned, explicitly say that no one should pull any teeth, especially not without consulting you and without having been shown the problematic teeth.

They don't provide information about prices for standard procedures like neutering and vaccinations over the phone, but instead require an initial examination (which, of course, already incurs costs). Other veterinarians do provide this information. It's a shame about the lack of transparency; it doesn't inspire confidence.

Paid €50 for a petting session and got a statement saying, "The dog looks healthy." Thanks, that drunk guy in the park could have given me that for free. No interest in taking a closer look at the animal, even after specifically asking, only vague assessments...

Great practice team. No waiting time with an appointment. I feel well cared for with our cat. The doctor is very competent and friendly. The receptionist is very courteous and welcoming. Highly recommended.
