As a dog owner, I wasn't satisfied, so I changed vets. Maybe she's better with cats. Not with dogs, in my opinion.

They don't provide information about prices for standard procedures like neutering and vaccinations over the phone, but instead require an initial examination (which, of course, already incurs costs). Other veterinarians do provide this information. It's a shame about the lack of transparency; it doesn't inspire confidence.

If it were possible, I'd give zero stars. She was very unpleasant on the phone. I was worried about my dog ​​and was ridiculed for it. Very unprofessional. After the call, I was so upset by the way the vet was speaking that I cried because I really thought I'd done something wrong by calling her. We've decided to go to a different vet and wouldn't recommend this "doctor."

I paid €50 to pet the dog and was told, "The dog looks healthy." Thanks, the drunk guy in the park could have given me that for free. No interest in looking at the animal more closely, even when I specifically asked, just vague assessments...
