Our dog suddenly had a turned stomach at 9 pm Sunday night, just after arriving on our holiday at a camping site. We managed to get in contact with this Animal hospital, and they did surgery on her during the night saving her life. We had very professional and very kind help to treat our dog well. When it had to happen, I am happy it happened here, where these doctors could treat her.

We took our young Labrador to Dr. Düring because he'd been limping for a while. Dr. Düring immediately gave him a thorough examination and took x-rays. The diagnosis was quickly established, and a treatment plan was drawn up. Dr. Düring is honest and direct, but in a very pleasant and empathetic way. You can tell he loves animals and wants to help them. He also handles us owners with great sensitivity in such an emotional situation. I'd especially like to emphasize that he's very transparent and honest about the costs, and in the end, we even paid significantly less than the initial estimate. In short, Dr. Düring is a fantastic, honest, and helpful veterinarian, and I'm so happy that our dog is in the best hands with him! A big thank you also to the wonderful practice team, who are always friendly and helpful.

The kindest personnel ever. We ended up there because our dog fell badly during a hike around Bad Schandau. They ran all exams within minutes, and as we didn't have a car and had to take a cab to get there, they offered us also a ride to the closest bus station to go back. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We've been taking our animals to this practice from the very beginning. First with our Norwegian Forest Cat, Freki, and later with our Labrador, Balto, from the start – and we've been completely satisfied ever since. Dr. Düring always cares for our animals with great competence, calmness, and a wealth of experience. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to him. Even when it's busy, he takes the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team at the practice is always friendly, helpful, and very dedicated. You always feel welcome and in good hands. For us, it's clear: Our animals are in the best possible care here. Many thanks to Dr. Düring and the whole team for the excellent care!
