Tiergesundheitszentrum Pirna, Praxisnebenstelle Dr. Mario Knop

We got an appointment very quickly to groom our cat. The nurses treated the animal very carefully and lovingly. The price was reasonable. However, a veterinarian shouldn't just scold. The door was open, and he was yelling like a sailor. That's simply unacceptable; it's outrageous. Talking to the owners would have been an option! Therefore, one star deducted.

We were on holiday in Pirna and our dog had been vomiting for three days. I received an immediate reply to my email inquiry and was offered treatment by his veterinary assistant, even though the vet himself couldn't be there. The assistant administered the correct medication as instructed. The veterinary assistant was very friendly and competent, and the price for the emergency treatment was reasonable.

I would like to thank Dr. Mario Knop and his entire team for today's treatment of our dog. We feel very well cared for there, always greeted warmly, and even without an appointment there is no long wait. Anyone complaining about the treatment costs should think carefully before getting a pet. Thank you.

The entire team was kind and friendly. My sick birds were examined after I asked them some questions, and they were examined without causing them unnecessary stress. The treatment was also gentle, so they shouldn't be afraid of future visits to the vet. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

It was my first time there and I was very satisfied with the care my two tortoises received. The staff were very friendly, highly competent, and extremely helpful. I would gladly return.
