We've never met a better vet! Dr. Nitzsche and his entire team are simply fantastic! We visited him a while ago because our cat had a problem with urinary stones. Dr. Nitzsche explained everything to us very well and even showed us how it worked under a microscope. It was immediately clear that money wasn't his top priority. He didn't try to sell us anything! We were very, very satisfied and felt in good hands with him and his team! Thank you so much, Dr. Nitzsche and his team!

I'd love to give it 10 stars. I've never experienced anything like this before. The whole team is rooting for our senior cat and is constantly thinking of new strategies to help him and us. He had most of his teeth removed, and he also has kidney problems. On the day of the surgery, I was constantly updated via WhatsApp by the lovely veterinary assistants🙃 on how he was doing. Unfortunately, he had to go to the clinic over the weekend because he wasn't eating. Dr. Nitzsche called the clinic late that evening and also checked with us over the weekend to see how he was doing. You can call anytime (during opening hours) and there's always someone willing to listen to the worried owner. 🙈 You can see their love for animals in every single one. Keep it up 👍

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. From the very first moment, you can tell that their love for animals is their top priority. The team takes an incredible amount of time, explains everything clearly, and is very sensitive to my animals' needs. The reception staff and assistants are always friendly, patient, and incredibly organized – even when things get hectic. You don't feel like just a number here, but truly well cared for. Thank you so much for the wonderful care! A 12 out of 10 rating would be appropriate.

We arrived unannounced, shortly before closing time, and were also a new patient. Our suspicions were confirmed after the X-ray. Our tiger was operated on late in the evening and into the night, and we were allowed to take him home immediately afterward. We received excellent advice and care at all times.
