I'm very satisfied with the consultation. My cat received a nutritional supplement at the practice that saved his life. He hadn't been able to eat for six days. The prices were also very reasonable. Thank you so much.

We found a cat infested with maggots and a dislocated jaw; it had a large wound. It was a Sunday evening. Since he was listed as one of the emergency veterinarians in Pirna, we called him and asked if we could come by. Unfortunately, he told us he could only treat the cat if we covered the costs. However, since we are trainees and it wasn't our cat, we didn't want to pay anything. Therefore, he didn't treat the cat, which was likely hit by a car and clearly suffering. He "kindly" suggested we take the cat home and hand it over to the local authorities on Monday. This wasn't possible because the cat wouldn't have survived, and since we already have a cat and didn't know what illnesses this one might have, it's not the first time this veterinarian, despite being an emergency vet, has refused to treat animals. We then found another veterinary practice that treated the cat free of charge, as they billed the veterinary office. The cat was ultimately euthanized because her injuries were too severe. This vet doesn't even deserve one star.

Even the initial phone call was friendly and professional. I was completely satisfied when I didn't have to buy the entire package of medication I needed, but only enough to tide me over for the journey. (I forgot my own medication at home 🙈) Thank you so much, and I'll definitely order again. 👍🏻
