I took my cat to Mr. Rupp for the first time. He exudes a calming presence that had a soothing effect on my cat. I was able to get an appointment with him at short notice due to an emergency, for which I am very grateful. He is competent and dedicated, and explains everything clearly and understandably. I highly recommend seeing him.

A veterinarian we can definitely recommend. We feel very well cared for there and can easily get appointments. Mr. Rupp is a competent vet who patiently answers all questions and explains everything clearly. We and our cat Watson will certainly be back. Thank you for everything!

Easy, quick, and straightforward appointment scheduling via email (I even got an appointment the same day). Dr. Rupp is very empathetic towards the animals and, in my opinion, does his work very conscientiously.

A very nice and competent veterinarian. Very friendly and patient with animals. Unfortunately, I have to strongly criticize the hygiene in the practice. Everything is very unclean, it smells bad, and there are a lot of animal hairs from other animals on the examination table... so it's anything but sterile... I'm really sorry, but this is simply unacceptable. I think the risk of contracting diseases after visiting this vet is very high.

I switched to Dr. Rupp about a year ago and can only echo the positive comments: a very empathetic, calm veterinarian whom my otherwise quite anxious cat trusts. I also feel well cared for and that my questions and concerns are taken seriously. Treatment steps and their costs are explained transparently, allowing me to carefully consider the options and priorities. In this way, we are getting to the bottom of my cat's chronic condition, which was difficult to diagnose until recently, and I feel well supported with a high level of expertise and compassion. Highly recommended!
