We always felt comfortable with you; the animal's well-being is truly the priority, and everything is done—literally—to help the animal get back on its feet! There's a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and you feel warmly welcomed. Understanding and compassion for the animal are paramount, and you never feel alone with your worries, from before the surgery, through the support and afterward. You always have a listening ear. In our case, it was a serious spinal disc surgery! We are overjoyed, not because of the circumstances themselves, but because of Dany and her team.
