Yesterday, I took my Maine Coon cat, Filou, to Dr. Kaya Azat and I'd love to share my experience. Since an incident at another vet last year, Filou has been extremely panicky. Since then, he reacted immediately with growling, hissing, scratching, and even biting, making an examination nearly impossible. 😿 With Dr. Azat, it was completely different. He was exceptionally calm, attentive, and respectful with my cat. He talked to Filou throughout the entire examination and took his time. The result was impressive: Filou remained relaxed, allowed himself to be examined without any problems, and was treated without stress. 🙏 Dr. Azat provided excellent medical care for Filou, gave us the appropriate medication, and clearly explained how much to take so that Filou could heal properly. I am truly grateful for this positive experience. A veterinarian with genuine expertise, empathy, and patience—especially in this area (I only visit every few months)—absolutely recommendable and worth mentioning. I wish Dr. Azat all the best and will gladly return. A huge thank you also to the ladies at reception. They provided excellent advice and answered all my questions competently, and even though it was busy, they took ample time for me. Thank you to the wonderful staff as well! 🙏🏻 I felt very well cared for. 💖

Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at this veterinary clinic. The vet barely examined my cat properly and spent most of the time at the computer. He took almost an hour to write a simple prescription while we waited without any proper explanation. The overall impression was one of disinterest and a lack of attention to both the animal and its owners. Besides the absurdly long wait, the vet was impatient and seemed to have no enjoyment in his work. Cold, slow, and unprofessional service—the exact opposite of what you would expect from someone who works with animals. I left with the feeling that my cat didn't receive the necessary care. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who values ​​attentiveness, dedication, and professionalism.

I couldn't find a good vet for my animals until I met Dr. Kiewitt. She is the best vet in Europe and treats all my animals. I highly recommend her as both a surgeon and a veterinarian. I am so grateful to have found her. 🙏🏻💚🐾
