Unfortunately it was the end of the line for our cat. The staff was very empathetic to the situation and handled the cremation for us. Reason for only 4 stars: it was quite difficult to get an appointment.
Called with my dog today for her pet passport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Smart and clean premises. For us the excellent English was especially helpful and the vet took her time to make sure the paperwork was correct.
Today, Easter Sunday, I arrived at the practice at 5:58 pm as an emergency patient and received a very warm welcome. I quickly filled out the patient form digitally, and the treatment began immediately. My cat and I were very satisfied and can highly recommend Dr. Weber.
I went there three times, and my animals were worse off afterward. Don't go there if you want to keep your pet. I'd give it zero stars if I could; it has nothing to do with animal love anymore, it's all about making money.
The staff are incredibly friendly. They always helped me and my rabbits very well here.
