I was referred to this veterinary practice during an emergency involving my rabbit, and I am incredibly grateful! Due to a misdiagnosis at a previously visited "rabbit-savvy" practice, my rabbit refused to eat, which quickly turned it into an emergency. The emergency was recognized and taken seriously here immediately. Thanks to Mr. Rüger's team, my rabbit is doing well again 🙏🏼❤️

The entire team is incredibly friendly, dedicated, and empathetic – both in their interactions with the animals and with people. It's clear at all times that they work with both heart and expertise. We particularly appreciate that you can call anytime for advice. It's always possible to speak with the veterinarians personally if something is unclear, and you always receive helpful and honest answers. Even when the practice is full, they try to arrange appointments at short notice or find solutions – this is by no means a given. They have always been accommodating, whether for short-term or long-term needs. Our dog has benefited greatly from various treatment and solution suggestions, and we have always felt well-advised and taken seriously. Even though some treatments are quite expensive, it is undoubtedly worth it to be a patient here because the quality and care are simply outstanding. We have always been very accommodating, whether it was a short-term or long-term issue. Once again, a heartfelt thank you from my husband, from me, and of course from our dog Maria. I've been taking all my small animals to this practice for treatment for quite some time now. So far, it's only been for routine things like deworming or minor injuries. The staff has always been competent and friendly, regardless of which veterinarian I see. However, I recently had to bring my dog ​​in for an emergency appointment because he ate 3 kg of dry food during the night (in cooperation with the cat who opened the door). I was able to leave immediately after calling. He was examined and treated professionally and calmly right away, and all the options were explained to me clearly. Buddy is doing well again; he passed the contents naturally (under supervision). Many thanks to the entire team for the smooth and efficient service. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A truly excellent veterinary practice! Our dogs have always received the best possible care and attention here. They always have a sympathetic ear and provide the best possible treatment for our four-legged friends. They also help animals beyond what is medically necessary, for example, by assisting with rehoming in emergency cases. Animal welfare is their top priority.
