We took our cat to the vet on May 2nd because she had been showing a loss of appetite for about three days. It was an emergency, and the vet we usually go to was closed. Our cat, who is normally very difficult to even hold, was so weak from illness that she didn’t even have the strength to move. Despite this, the vet refused to treat her, saying “I can’t deal with this one, she’s too aggressive,” just because she let out a couple of faint growls. This was even after we offered to hold her ourselves. From a distance, the vet merely said she might be in pain and sent us away with a painkiller. Later, we found out our cat had anemia and pancreatitis, and unfortunately, we lost her. I don’t know what kind of living beings this person plans to treat, despite having been trained in this field, if they can’t intervene in an emergency. I suppose because our cat didn’t look fancy or expensive, they didn’t even want to touch her to examine her. The treatment we received was truly disgraceful.
On June 15, 2026, we urgently sought medical attention; we were seen at almost 6:00 PM. The situation was complex and critical, with diarrhea and vomiting. Dina is 11 years old. Frau Schneider provided us with urgent care, giving us some tedious appetite suppressants and an obstetrician's ointment. She told us to call back in the morning and let her know how the night went. As of today, June 18, Dina is feeling better, having restful nights, and most importantly, her stomach worked today. Thank you so much, Frau Schneider, for saving our family member. We need dental treatment, and may such doctors continue to treat us.
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The veterinarian was rude and overwhelmed. She said she didn't have room for Swiss patients, and she didn't understand what an MRI was, using a different name for it. I didn't feel taken seriously, even though it was important to me. I would therefore not recommend this practice.
Wonderful woman! Even though my visit with my Tinkerbelle didn't end well, I can only say good things about her. Very empathetic. I highly recommend her. I could always call her if I had questions or was unsure about my cat's condition.
