Dr.med.vet. Lioba Hoggenmüller

Less than five minutes at the vet's office, the dog was listened to with a stethoscope, and blood was drawn. On the bill, we found almost €320, even though we had agreed beforehand on €110 to a maximum of €130. This corresponds to the costs according to the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT), but unfortunately, they tried to overcharge us. Perhaps that's why the practice is always empty...

We were able to get an appointment for our dog at short notice during our vacation. We visited the practice three times in total, never had to wait long, and were always treated very kindly. Lady quickly got better, and we were able to enjoy our vacation. Thanks again to the entire team; it couldn't have been better.

Very impersonal. We brought in a stray animal, and they refused to treat it because we allegedly had an unsuitable basket. We then went to another vet, who treated the animal lovingly. Never again.

Dr. Hoggenmüller has been treating our cats and dogs for many years; she cared for my elderly dogs in my home until their last breath, so thank you for that. Even my cats enjoy going there; Ms. Hoggenmüller is always kind to them. Anyone complaining about high bills here has apparently never looked at the GOT.

I'd rather not give her any stars at all! We were sent to her with our rabbit. An impossible woman who absolutely shouldn't be working as a vet! We were sent away again because she couldn't help (which I'm very glad about now! Otherwise, he probably wouldn't be alive now). I could hardly bear the way she treated him during the treatment and had to intervene. If I'd known, I never would have taken him there! She doesn't know how to deal with animals; she's very unpleasant and insensitive! Never again!
