Dr.med.vet. Lioba Hoggenmüller

I wonder what kind of people are leaving negative reviews. We used to go to a vet and were happy with him. One night, our dog needed treatment. We called our vet, but he wasn't coming. So I contacted Dr. Hoggenmüller, and we were able to get an appointment at 10 p.m. Me and some people I know just can't understand these bad reviews.

Many thanks to the entire team at Hoggenmüller Veterinary Practice for their compassionate support during the passing of our dog. We felt very well cared for during this difficult time. Everything was explained calmly and carried out with great empathy. We are very grateful for the dignified and loving care. A practice with heart that we can wholeheartedly recommend.

Dr. Hoggenmüller has been treating our cats and dogs for many years; she cared for my elderly dogs at home until their last breath—thank you for that. Even my cats enjoy going there; Dr. Hoggenmüller is always gentle with them. Anyone complaining about high bills here has clearly never looked at the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT).

I would give her zero stars if I could! We were sent to her with our rabbit. An impossible woman who absolutely should not be working as a veterinarian! We were sent away again because she couldn't help (which I'm very glad about now! Otherwise, he probably wouldn't be alive today). I could hardly bear how she treated him during the examination and had to intervene. If I had known this, I would never have taken him there! She can't handle animals, she's very unpleasant and insensitive! Never again!!!!
