They worked me in on an emergency for my dog and was lovely and not rushed at all. The receptionist spoke perfect English which made things easy in a stressful situation. The Doctor took her time to explain the medicine and treatment and was very attentive. Highly recommend!

Due to an urgent emergency with our dachshund Fritzi, we had to use her emergency service on Sunday, as our regular vet was closed. Ms. Spitznagel acted very competently, promptly, kindly, with a love for animals, and with dignity. Her practice appears modern and professionally presented. Highly recommended.
