A practice with exceptional expertise and genuine compassion. Six months ago, I entrusted my dog ​​with palliative care here after he had an incurable brain tumor. The journey was short, but the team gave their all – honestly, calmly, respectfully, and with great empathy. Even the farewell was handled in such a way that it could be peaceful despite everything. I am still grateful for that. Now I brought my other dog in, initially only because of a false pregnancy. Nevertheless, they examined her thoroughly. Early on, they discovered tumors on her mammary glands, and during the surgery, they also found an emerging uterine problem that would have become very dangerous if left untreated. Both were prevented in time. Here, they don't dismiss your concerns; they take them seriously. They don't just treat your pet, they think proactively. A team you can entrust your animal to with complete confidence.

We took our dog to Dr. Flechsig for treatment and are incredibly satisfied. Even at reception, both humans and dogs receive a wonderfully warm and friendly welcome. Dr. Flechsig is highly competent and dedicates an exceptional amount of time to both the dog and us as owners. Every concern was taken seriously and discussed in detail. A particularly positive aspect is that she addresses every question and answers them thoroughly and clearly. She is also very empathetic towards the animals and takes plenty of time with them. My dog ​​is completely different in veterinary clinics, ranging from panicky to totally hyperactive. Despite this, Dr. Flechsig remained calm and treated him professionally and sensitively at all times. We felt very well taken care of and in excellent hands. Many thanks to the entire team at the practice!

Today, after a marathon vet visit, we took our Balinese dog, Tammy, to see Dr. Flechsig. She took plenty of time with us. Our little "problem child" was treated with love and care by the team. I can highly recommend this veterinary practice. My 11-year-old dog has been going to a practice in Biesenthal for years, and I'm completely satisfied with her care. Due to an accident I had, I went to the practice in Alt Lübars, as my office is within walking distance. My standards are really high, and I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. My dog, Pippa, received excellent treatment for a paw wound. The consultation regarding another condition that needed monitoring was very professional. Ms. Flechsig takes her time and answers all questions. Empathy is clearly a priority here. The staff is very friendly, and the waiting room is simply a lovely place. Lovingly furnished, I think there was even music playing on a small radio today. It's never too crowded because the practice operates on an appointment system. However, as an emergency with a paw injury, I was seen immediately a few days ago. My dog ​​also received excellent treatment there a few months ago for an eye injury. Thumbs up all around! 👍 Great for both animal and owner.
