Very friendly and caring staff. The receptionist handled the initial consultation competently, and the vet and assistant lovingly cared for our cat. The cat's weight was checked to determine the correct medication dosage. A thorough diagnosis was discussed with the pet owner. Even without an appointment, I was able to receive immediate treatment as an emergency case without a long wait. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. Parking is free for 1.5 hours on the premises, managed by a private parking company. The only drawback is the stairs to the practice on the first floor, which might be a problem for pet owners with mobility issues. The waiting area is pleasant and bright. Coffee is complimentary for those waiting. Electronic payment is accepted, including by credit card. We would gladly go there again!
