I was a customer for several years and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, their social skills increasingly left a lot to be desired. So I changed jobs. If objective criticism isn't accepted (e.g., they switched to an appointment-only practice without informing the customer, and if you then show up without an appointment with an urgent problem, you get harassed), you have to say goodbye. We are customers and want to be treated as such! Veterinarians are also, to a certain extent, service providers!

I cannot understand the previous post at all and consider the accusations made therein to be completely exaggerated and unfounded. We also had our Bernese Mountain Dog spayed by Hans-Peter Neumann and his veterinary assistant and received consistently professional, responsible, and friendly care. At the first appointment, our dog was thoroughly examined before the planned spaying. The veterinarian discovered an infection – the operation was then immediately and responsibly postponed to avoid any risk to the animal. My dog ​​was treated first and only spayed at the second appointment. This went completely smoothly, and she has been healthy and well ever since. The accusation regarding supposedly unhygienic fingernails is simply ridiculous and demonstrates a lack of expertise – gloves are, of course, worn during operations. In our view, such statements are pure fear-mongering and lack any professional basis. The claim that one cannot pay by debit card is also false – card payment was no problem for us. We are very satisfied, feel we are in excellent hands there, and will continue to recommend the practice with a clear conscience. Klaudia and her Bernese Mountain Dog Maja 🐾

Many thanks to Jenny and Mr. Neumann. After my cat's regular practice issued a diagnosis on Tuesday that left me very confused, I contacted the Neumann practice and received an appointment on Thursday. They listened to me, took their time, examined the cat, and lo and behold, my cat is in top shape! I hope my former regular practice finds someone else willing to fork over €820 – I'm grateful that we feel so well looked after and that we have the vet we trust. Thank you so much!
