We've been taking our dogs and cats to this practice for many years and couldn't be happier. After visiting several other veterinarians who, unfortunately, often recommended unnecessary treatments, we finally feel we're receiving honest advice here, advice that truly has our animals' best interests at heart. The vet always takes his time, explains everything clearly, and treats our animals with incredible care. You can immediately sense his experience and genuine concern – both for the animals and for us as their owners. A huge thank you also goes to the veterinary assistant: always friendly, helpful, and organized, making you feel right at home. I cannot understand the previous post at all and consider the accusations made therein to be completely exaggerated and unfounded. We also had our Bernese Mountain Dog spayed by Hans-Peter Neumann and his veterinary assistant and received consistently professional, responsible, and friendly care. At the first appointment, our dog was thoroughly examined before the planned spaying. The veterinarian discovered an infection – the operation was then immediately and responsibly postponed to avoid any risk to the animal. My dog ​​was treated first and only spayed at the second appointment. This went completely smoothly, and she has been healthy and well ever since. The accusation regarding supposedly unhygienic fingernails is simply ridiculous and demonstrates a lack of expertise – gloves are, of course, worn during operations. In our view, such statements are pure fear-mongering and lack any professional basis. The claim that one cannot pay by debit card is also false – card payment was no problem for us. My dog ​​was treated very badly here. An open wound wasn't properly treated, and they didn't even shave the fur. He almost died of blood poisoning; we hadn't gone elsewhere. My review is regularly deleted, but I strongly advise against using this vet!!
