This is the second time we've been turned away as an emergency, even though we've been patients with our animals for years. This practice has changed dramatically over the years, and we're beyond disappointed. Another practice admitted us without hesitation and was able to help us immediately. We won't be coming back.

I called and only wanted some eye ointment for my dog. On the phone, they told me I had to bring the dog in, so I made an appointment and got a prescription for the ointment and eye drops. Then I got another appointment for a follow-up. As I said, I only wanted the ointment, but now I have two bills totaling €210. The ointment and drops cost almost €27 each. Honestly, that, converted to DM (420 marks) for ointment and drops, plus an examination that only took about 10 minutes, is pretty outrageous. I don't think this billing method is justified. I've always been very satisfied with the vets' work there, but after this billing, I'm seriously considering switching. What a shame!

Although this practice isn't exactly close to our doorstep, we've been taking our dogs there for many years. If you're a bit flexible, you can quickly get an appointment even for less urgent matters like vaccinations or annual checkups. The team is super friendly to both two-legged and four-legged friends and clearly knows what they're doing. We feel well looked after and are happy to recommend the practice.

The very best veterinary practice! A wonderful little veterinary practice with excellent care and treatment for my Labrador. You know the vets, and they know your pet. Unlike other large practices where a different vet examines your pet each time and doesn't know it beyond its file. Appointments are easy to schedule, and there's hardly any waiting time. The animal receives very attentive, gentle, and professional treatment, and the pet owner receives excellent advice.

The journey to this modern practice is a bit farther for us, but it's worth it. We see veterinarian Ms. Hoffmann and are thrilled. The animals are treated lovingly, and I also feel very well looked after. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly to the animals. I've always been called in for treatment with my furry friends on time. So, to put it briefly: this practice deserves well over 10 stars for me.
