This is the second time we've been turned away for an emergency, even though we've been patients there for years. This practice has changed drastically over the years, and we are more than disappointed. Another practice saw us without hesitation and was able to help us immediately. We won't be coming back.

The journey to this modern practice is a bit longer for us, but it's worth it. We go to veterinarian Dr. Hoffmann and are thrilled. The animals are treated with loving care, and I myself feel very well looked after. The staff are also very warm and friendly towards the animals. I've always been called in on time for my furry friends. So, to sum it up: this practice definitely deserves more than 10 stars in my opinion.

The very best veterinary practice! A wonderful little veterinary practice with excellent care and treatment for my Labrador. You know the vets, and they know your pet. Unlike other large practices where a different vet examines your pet each time and doesn't know it beyond its file. Appointments are easy to schedule, and there's hardly any waiting time. The animal receives very attentive, gentle, and professional treatment, and the pet owner receives excellent advice.

This veterinary clinic was terrible. My pet desperately needed veterinary care, but the doctors were completely incompetent. My pet died. I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic; even animals take a very long time to be treated there.

Unacceptable behavior!!! Making my parents feel guilty for not doing everything they could for their old dog, almost 14 years old, who can no longer walk or eat, and forcing them to give her all sorts of injections :-( That has nothing to do with love for animals anymore...today we had to let her go at the clinic, where they immediately saw that her body simply couldn't take it anymore and that she shouldn't suffer any longer...and during the consultation, we were told that the clinic, for example, will remain private and won't be bought out, because then something like what happened to us would happen...nothing about love for animals anymore, they only think about profits...truly sad...
