We took our 11-week-old puppy to the vet for treatment of bloody diarrhea. A test indicated giardia, and we were given the appropriate medication. This was on a Friday. On Saturday, we noticed that the condition had worsened, so we went back to the vet. After greeting us, they immediately mentioned the weekend surcharge – very important indeed. We were then told to stop the medication, and a strong antibiotic was suggested. Since this medication can also have side effects, we had to make the decision. Am I a vet?! Even that didn't help. We then switched vets. If we hadn't, the dog would have been dehydrated the next day and needed an IV drip. He was treated with the correct medication, and two days later he was fine again. We immediately disputed the bill in writing via email, requesting a callback. We also responded to the reminder and requested a callback. No response. If this is how this practice operates, then all the best. I hope other animal patients receive better treatment.

As holidaymakers, we urgently needed a vet, and we were welcomed here. The phone call was pleasant, and our dog was treated competently. The next day we had a checkup, and we always received clear advice. Our dog is recovering well. The prices were reasonable. We are grateful to Anette and her team!

Fantastic practice with a superb team! All our dogs always love coming to Anette's. The appointment system is great, having replaced the walk-in hours, since our Great Dane used to love jumping around the waiting room. :) We also want to thank her for her empathetic support, especially during the difficult situations we've unfortunately had to navigate with our giant dogs over the past few decades.

The entire team, including the veterinarian, is very empathetic. Both the animal and the owner feel well cared for and understood. Thank you for your dedication and the time you spent with our cat.
