Unbelievable! The vet on call told me on Saturday evening at 7 pm that I should take my pet to the animal hospital in Ahlen. She said it would be open until at least 8 pm. This was clearly incorrect information. Ahlen closes at 4 pm! How can a weekend emergency service be so misinformed?! This could cost many lives. I have to give it one star to publish this review.

We're on holiday in Winterberg and our dog Smilla suddenly had severe pain, so we took her to Dr. Klenner's veterinary practice today. She examined Smilla very thoroughly and found the cause of her pain. The vet and the receptionist were very friendly, calm, and patient with our dog. We highly recommend this practice.
