I had a very bad experience with this vet. I came in crying because my cat was in a life-threatening situation. One woman was very kind and empathetic, but Ms. Anja Schmidt was quite the opposite. She told me in a very rude and annoyed tone to calm down. My cat was in a very critical condition, and in my opinion, every minute counted. They put me in a room where I was supposed to wait for 20 minutes. My cat's temperature was taken, and she was given some kind of medication. Unfortunately, she died just an hour after the vet visit. That was the last time I went there.

Dr. Schmidt is a very good veterinarian—friendly, competent, and loving with the animals. The practice is clean and well-organized. However, the waiting times are unfortunately a major drawback. Even with a scheduled appointment, it can sometimes take up to 40 minutes to be seen. This is understandable in emergencies, but frustrating for regular appointments. A little better practice management would significantly improve the experience.

A very nice vet. The practice team is super friendly. Appointments are always available quickly. There are no long waits, except in emergencies, but that's perfectly acceptable; you can never plan for something like that. The practice is incredibly clean, and everything is done to make it as stress-free as possible for cats. All in all, a fantastic practice, especially for sensitive cats.
