A very nice veterinarian. The practice team is incredibly friendly. Appointments are always easy to get. There are no long waiting times, except in emergencies, but that's perfectly acceptable; these things can never be planned. The practice is spotlessly clean, and they do everything they can to make the experience as stress-free as possible for cats. All in all, a fantastic practice, especially for sensitive cats.

I had a very bad experience with this vet. I came in crying because my cat was in a life-threatening situation. One woman was very kind and empathetic, but Ms. Anja Schmidt was quite the opposite. She told me in a very rude and annoyed tone to calm down. My cat was in a very critical condition, and in my opinion, every minute counted. They put me in a room where I was supposed to wait for 20 minutes. My cat's temperature was taken, and she was given some kind of medication. Unfortunately, she died just an hour after the vet visit. That was the last time I went there.

A very pleasant and professional veterinary practice with two lovely and friendly veterinarians, as well as very nice and helpful staff who explain everything very well. When you check in, they provide a blanket for your cat's carrier that's sprayed with a calming spray to help with the procedure, which I find really helpful. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.
