I am absolutely thrilled with this practice! The entire team is incredibly friendly, competent, and empathetic – both to my baby and to me as a pet owner. You can immediately tell that they work with heart. My cat 🐾 was treated with great patience and care, and everything was explained to me clearly. The veterinarians really take their time, listen attentively, and answer all questions. I'm so glad I switched to them 🩷

We came with a tomcat who was suffering from shortness of breath. We called ahead, and we were treated immediately. Everyone was friendly and made every effort. It was a success; he was stabilized. Everything was discussed and considered beforehand, explained, and we were constantly checked on. We were treated for a total of three hours, and I felt very well looked after by my pet; he's doing better now. We were there during the emergency consultation. THANK YOU.

I won't be coming back after two years. I never really warmed to the practice. Some of the vets were nice, others were incredibly rude. The receptionists are anything but friendly. Not only can you not even pay with a debit card, which is pretty much standard these days, but they also take all the cash upfront and then grudgingly issue you a bill for the remaining balance. As if you were a deadbeat. "Thank you" and "goodbye" seem to be foreign concepts to them. Several unplanned and unnecessary tests were also performed spontaneously, driving up the price accordingly. When my cat was actually sick and already weak, they failed to diagnose pancreatitis, made me wait days for the results, and instead recommended malt paste and deworming medication. This only caused the animal unnecessary suffering, and they weren't cooperative with the other vet, who, of course, couldn't do anything about it either. My cat, who wants to live longer, will never set foot in that practice again.
