We took our 14-year-old cat to the vet today on a recommendation, as we wanted to get a second opinion. During our initial phone call, the vet asked detailed questions about our concerns and symptoms. When scheduling the appointment, I was immediately given the option of being seen even if his condition worsened, provided I called ahead. Thankfully, we didn't need to use this option. When we arrived for the appointment today, we received a very warm welcome in a modern and well-equipped practice. In the examination room, the vet listened attentively to our concerns while our cat was free to move around and was weighed during his exploration. The initial examination was then performed gently with the vet sitting on his lap. During the ultrasound, a staff member carefully held and comforted our cat, allowing us to fully concentrate on the examination and our conversation. Even though the diagnosis was presented cautiously, we were thoroughly informed about possible treatment options. We are completely satisfied with the way both the animal and the owner were treated. In the examination room, our cat was gently held and reassured by a staff member, allowing us to fully concentrate on the examination and the consultation. My wife was also immediately offered a tissue after the "diagnosis." It's a shame you can only give 5 stars. We will be bringing our male cat back to this practice again, and we will now be bringing our female cat regularly. A team with competence and empathy.

I took my dog ​​to Dr. Palluch's veterinary practice for dental treatment. The primary goal was to save his teeth. We were greeted very warmly by the staff at the practice. After the usual paperwork, Dr. Palluch calmly examined our dog. He was allowed to walk around the examination room during the consultation. We received a thorough and patient consultation about the available treatment options. It became clear that saving his teeth wasn't an option for me and my dog, as I didn't want to have him x-rayed under anesthesia every six months to check his teeth. Dr. Palluch then suggested other examinations under anesthesia, such as x-rays of his hips and an abdominal ultrasound. I was informed about the costs beforehand and didn't have to make a decision immediately, but rather on the day of the procedure. All in all, I received very thorough advice, with the dog always being the top priority, and the entire team worked with great empathy.
