Super
We took our rescued rabbits to this veterinary practice and are truly grateful for the excellent care we received. From the very beginning, the veterinarian took ample time to listen to our situation and provide us with comprehensive advice. We were particularly impressed by his honest and realistic assessment; nothing was sugarcoated, yet he explained the available options with great sensitivity. It's clear that the vet has extensive experience with small pets. Our rabbits were treated calmly, carefully, and respectfully, which gave us, as their owners, a great sense of security. Our questions were also answered patiently, and we received many helpful tips on their care and ongoing support. Competent and honest advice is especially important for rescued animals, and that's exactly what we experienced here. We feel our rabbits are in very good hands and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
We and our dachshunds—five in total over the past 40 years—have always been in the very best hands with Mr. and Mrs. Eichert and all their staff, and still are. Many veterinary visits, regular checkups, surgeries, and even the final, painful journey in our dogs' lives have always been handled with great care, compassion, and, of course, the best possible medical treatment. Treatment has always been carried out with the aim of using as few medications as possible, for the well-being of the animal. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team most sincerely, and no distance is too far to travel to the Eichert practice. Many, many thanks for everything! B. Voßeler
