Very friendly, very accommodating with appointments, and very pleasant for the animal too. Simply superb! I took my dog there for the first time, and although he was anxious, he wasn't nearly as scared as with other vets. He was able to have the examination without her growling. I thought that was excellent. I'd gladly go back anytime.
