After my dog ​​was euthanized there, I called to ask if a paw print could be taken, and I was assured that this would be possible. When I went the next day to pick up the print, I was told that it was no longer possible because the colleague had forgotten. Despite repeated inquiries and assurances, it was simply forgotten. Of course, mistakes can happen, but in a case like this, it really could have been prevented.

A truly fantastic veterinary practice! A very friendly team that handles the animals with love and calmness. I've had only positive experiences with my two cats. The atmosphere in the practice is calm and welcoming. Both cats were neutered there, and everything went perfectly. The price is also absolutely fair. I always felt well cared for and can highly recommend this practice!

We've had several cats treated here, even once very spontaneously on a Friday. We always feel well-advised and, more importantly, our animals are well cared for, whether by the owner himself or one of his employees. Unlike other practices, they don't rush things; they take their time, especially when you have questions. And so far, no question has been too silly (even if you might think so) – it hasn't gone unanswered. The prices are also very reasonable. Of course, the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT) has had to raise prices, but they're still within a fair range. We highly recommend them.
