Dr.med.vet. Claudia Krebs Tierärztin

We went to her in the emergency room. She tried to fob us off twice. She also emphasized that it would be expensive and that she didn't have any emergency services. Several practices we called told us that Ms. Krebs was on emergency duty, and that's what it said online. She was very rude and unfriendly on the phone. We immediately felt uncomfortable, but we wanted our dog to be helped. Our dog couldn't walk and was just whining. We left €240 for 10 minutes of work, and she didn't find anything!!! We were completely ridiculed and accused of not having trained our dog properly. She treated our lovely 2-year-old Labrador terribly and muzzled her!!!!! I cried so much during the treatment because she slammed our dog down on the treatment table twice, as if it weren't a living being. My boyfriend and I were absolutely appalled by this behavior. How can a veterinarian treat animals like that??? My boyfriend also asked her to stop because our dog was in agony and could barely breathe through the tight muzzle. We'll never forget these images. Our dog probably won't be able to enter a veterinarian's office without fear anytime soon. We're not used to this kind of behavior from our vet. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Our cat desperately needed emergency veterinary care. Ms. Krebs said she couldn't come, partly because she had to comply with working time regulations and partly because she didn't have any assistants available. In two phone calls, we practically begged her to at least examine our cat... but she refused. However, she said she would come to euthanize our cat. Unbelievable! 😱 Only this morning did we realize that her practice is less than 10 minutes away from us... the "doctor" could easily have come to us. Unfortunately, our 5-year-old cat passed away last night. Perhaps her death could have been prevented, perhaps not... but someone who calls themselves an "emergency vet" should be dedicated and want to help, or simply find a more suitable profession.

The emergency service gets zero stars!!! Absolutely shocking. Our cat had a seizure and could barely breathe. We called the vet twice and urgently asked her to come. However, she refused. She said she couldn't come and would only come to euthanize her. One question: what is an emergency vet for? What can you do when your cat urgently needs veterinary care? Our cat sadly passed away that same evening. It's a terrible feeling not being able to help her in any way.

We were always happy with our rabbits there, even back then. For the past eight years, we've been taking our two cats to her, and we've always been satisfied. From neutering to cystitis, everything has been handled superbly. She's loving towards the animals and respectful to the owners.

Ms. Krebs is incredibly unfriendly and definitely in the wrong profession. If she's on call, she'll turn you away if you've come from another vet. I strongly advise against going to this practice.
