Absolutely pro-animal! I'm extremely satisfied! My dog ​​has always received prompt and competent care here. We've been seeing Heide since she was a puppy, and we've had nothing but positive experiences. I particularly appreciate that they don't resort to standard medications, but instead rely on herbal and natural remedies whenever possible. Furthermore, there's no typical office atmosphere, but rather a warm, relaxed atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease—especially the animals.

She is very kind, listens, and tries to help the animals wherever she can.

Ms. Borggräfe is always there for us. If she's ever unavailable, she gets back to us as soon as possible. Just two weeks ago, on a Saturday afternoon, our Pasha (a male Rottweiler) collapsed and apparently had something like a stroke. She came immediately and treated him. That's what's so great about her; she doesn't tell you to get to the practice, she just comes. She came every day for the first few days until Pasha was more or less back on his feet. She's also interested in our care afterward and takes wonderful care of him. Her treatment style, combining conventional and natural therapies, is fantastic. She's incredibly empathetic with a great feel for both animals and people. We've rarely, if ever, encountered such a wonderful veterinarian, even after having four dogs. We highly recommend her. Until now, I only knew Dr. Hoppe, who has been treating my horse for several years and is always there for us with advice and support. Today, I took my dog ​​to see Ms. Borggräfe for the first time. My dog ​​is very fearful of strangers, and a visit to the vet has always been stressful for both of us in the past. Today, I had the pleasure of seeing a different dog who, thanks to Ms. Borggräfe's calm and empathetic manner, immediately bonded with her. She was wonderful with him and took plenty of time for him. I felt completely at ease and am very satisfied with the treatment. Now I have the best veterinarian not only for my horse but also for my dog. I can wholeheartedly recommend both veterinarians.
