Reviews
Dr. Ngarwate is a very good veterinarian. The veterinary assistants are also incredibly kind and empathetic towards the animals. The animals' well-being is truly the priority here. Best regards, Eos
I'm shocked and will never take my pet there again! Extremely unprofessional! I'm sorry to say this! But it's just my opinion! You have to figure it out for yourself! I just wanted to quickly...help my cat...if only I'd driven a few kilometers further! 250 euros for what??? I know a vet is expensive...but this is really going too far! I feel completely ripped off...I'll pay any amount if necessary, but here I feel completely ripped off! This practice shouldn't exist, and I absolutely don't understand the positive reviews👎, and now I see on this bill that they're giving Cobactan, which is absolutely not suitable for cats, only for cattle and pigs! And I'm wondering why my cat is suddenly feeling even worse? This "veterinarian" needs to be put out of business! I certainly won't get my money back, but he'll get something back from me! Actually, I should sue him! I'm furious!
A fantastic vet! I've been to many vets, but he's simply the best – kind and absolutely competent! The reception staff is also very friendly. Definitely 5 stars for this vet!
He shouldn't be allowed to practice anymore! And the rest of the team should change employers instead of becoming perpetrators! TO EVERYONE: Please read the lowest reviews and put two and two together. Don't bring your animal to this practice unless you want to lose both your animals and your money.
We took our dog to the vet because he's the designated vet for the animal shelter where we got him. It was for the castration of our male dog. The appointment was made through the animal shelter. Everything went smoothly so far. When we arrived at the clinic, no one asked about pre-existing conditions, nor did they listen to the dog's heart before sedating him. The vet came in without introducing himself, gave the injection, and put the dog under. Very unfriendly to the patient. That's no way to win customers. I was told to come back in three hours. I went to pick him up, and on the way home, I heard my dog wheezing. I stopped to check on him, and the collar was so tight that his larynx was pinched, and he could barely breathe. Then, a week later, to have the stitches removed... I'm only familiar with vets using sterile instruments, especially when dealing with wounds. The vet took a small pair of scissors and tweezers with hair still attached to them from his lab coat pocket and started pulling out the stitches. When I got home, I removed four more knots of thread that were still firmly attached. I was told the rest would resolve itself... no! It didn't. So, no, never again to that vet.
