I can wholeheartedly recommend the veterinary practice at Ischeland. My cat recovered very quickly after a thorough examination and treatment. The veterinarian and her assistant are incredibly empathetic, attentive, warm, and understanding. My cat had to stay at the practice for a day for his treatment. It was very reassuring to know that he was being cared for so lovingly and attentively. My concerns and questions were always taken seriously. Everything was explained clearly, and only the truly necessary examinations and treatments were performed, without any unnecessary extras or superfluous recommendations. The animals' well-being is clearly the top priority here. Thank you so much for the excellent care and the loving way you treated my cat. We will gladly return anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I am completely satisfied with Ms. Kmiec and her veterinary assistant and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice. Both are incredibly empathetic, take their time, and truly listen – without interrupting or doing anything else at the same time. Every detail is taken seriously. I particularly appreciate that everything is explained clearly and that they remain patient even when I have questions. Furthermore, they both handle the animals with such care and calmness, which is very important to me. A truly wonderful practice and a fantastic team!

The veterinary assistant at the reception desk was also very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to us calmly and was incredibly warm and welcoming.
