I am completely satisfied with Ms. Kmiec and her veterinary assistant and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice. Both are incredibly empathetic, take their time, and truly listen – without interrupting or doing anything else at the same time. Every detail is taken seriously. I particularly appreciate that everything is explained clearly and that they remain patient even when I have questions. Furthermore, they both handle the animals with such care and calmness, which is very important to me. A truly wonderful practice and a fantastic team!

I had to bring our cat to the veterinary practice as an emergency patient on Saturday. The initial contact on the phone was very positive, and I was able to bring our sick cat in right away. The veterinary assistant at the practice was very friendly and empathetic. The examination was also very professional, and our cat was quickly treated. Many thanks to the team!
