Dr. Reuber and her friendly team provide loving and highly competent care for our dogs. Thanks to their excellent and professional care, Sparky lived to be over 17 years old. Millie has found a very competent and caring veterinarian in Dr. Reuber. Many thanks to the entire team! 👍😀

Friendly reception, but unfortunately, the veterinarian was incredibly unfriendly, and I felt like she wasn't taking me seriously. I arrived with my two cats for my pre-arranged appointment, and as a greeting, I was asked why I suddenly had two with me, as the appointment was only for one animal. She initially refused to believe this, but then checked the system, where it was noted that it was indeed an appointment for two. Without any apology, she continued with the examination. I warned her that my cats are rather insecure and anxious, but still quite sweet. They don't scratch, but rather try to find a way to escape. So, I had to listen to her tell me that the animals were quite stubborn, even though she only had to hold them slightly. I noticed a chattering sound in one of their jaws, which she simply dismissed. I felt she didn't examine them thoroughly and told me not to worry about it. I noticed one of them chattering its jaw, but she just brushed it off. I had it checked by another dentist because it hadn't improved at all over the past few weeks… and lo and behold – severely advanced FORL, which meant all my teeth had to be extracted. I saw the X-rays; it must have been incredibly painful and definitely could have been detected. So my bad feeling was only confirmed. This leads me to conclude that I unfortunately cannot recommend this dentist.

I went for a consultation on August 27, 2025, regarding my 15-year-old dog. I had already been to two other veterinary practices for examinations. Now I have a diagnosis. It's her heart. I received medication, and I haven't had a proper night's sleep in eight weeks. My little darling, however, has been sleeping soundly through the night, thanks to the medication. I know she's old, but I've never received such excellent advice. The doctor and her fantastic team are simply wonderful. I will, of course, always recommend them. Great, I'm so glad I chose this option.
