I am very satisfied with this veterinary practice. My cat was neutered there and tolerated the anesthesia perfectly. He woke up quickly and seemed stable. The team works meticulously and doesn't let the animals go home half-asleep. Overall, they are very competent and attentive veterinarians. The practice makes a very reliable impression. After my cat's neutering, he wasn't allowed to leave until he was fully awake. He tolerated the anesthesia well and quickly became stable. The team works meticulously and attentively. Overall, a highly recommended veterinary practice. I felt very well cared for at this practice. My cat was neutered there and was surprisingly alert again very quickly after the anesthesia. I found it very reassuring that they only let the animals go home when they are truly awake and steady on their feet. The team is calm, attentive, and seems very competent. I would go there again anytime.

A very disrespectful and disappointing experience I am very disappointed with this veterinary practice and will never go there again. Before the treatment, I specifically asked about the total cost and received an estimate of approximately €380–400 INCLUDING ALL appointments. Despite this, additional costs were incurred after the treatment, even though nothing unforeseen happened. The additional costs relate to a post-operative check-up and suture removal, which, according to my inquiry about the surgery, should have been included in the total price. I explicitly asked about the TOTAL COST beforehand. When I tried to clarify the situation, my account of the telephone agreement was not accepted, and I was told I wasn't telling the truth. The way I was treated was very disrespectful and disappointing. Even previous experiences with my cat were presented differently than I actually experienced them. Furthermore, I had the impression that several appointments were scheduled, which could possibly have been combined. I understand that every treatment and every service must be paid for. But if there are ambiguities and contradictory statements in the communication beforehand, that's unacceptable to me. The way they handled this situation was disrespectful and inappropriate, both towards me and towards my cat. All subsequent appointments were canceled, so the follow-up care for my cat was no longer possible as planned. I have NO confidence in this practice anymore!!!
