What a heartfelt gesture! Two years ago, my son found a rabbit and lovingly cared for it for a year and a half. When the rabbit developed a jaw infection, we were welcomed to the vet's office relatively quickly, the very next day. For a week, the vet tried everything to get the pus out of the jaw, but even antibiotics didn't help. After she diagnosed a congenital jaw malformation, we decided to have the rabbit put down. We said goodbye on April 7th. And today, completely unexpectedly, such a charming, lovingly written postcard arrived—it's truly one of a kind! Many, many thanks to the entire vet team for the loving care, the professional advice, the medical assistance, and afterwards, this incredibly beautiful gesture! Thank you so, so much!

On May 23, 2026, we suddenly had to have our almost 13-year-old dog, Fara, put to sleep. The veterinary practice on Freiheit Street in Wetter was on call that day. I have never experienced such a loving and empathetic practice. Ms. Kleber provided us with incredible support and guidance during this difficult time – I am so grateful to her for that. As we left the practice, there was a candle at the front desk with a heartfelt message. This moment touched us deeply and brought tears to our eyes. Before that day, I was very afraid of saying goodbye, but we were met with so much compassion. Three weeks later, we even received a sympathy card – an incredibly beautiful and thoughtful gesture. A huge thank you to the entire team. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

If I remember correctly, our animals must have been among the very first patients at the practice. We are completely satisfied and have developed a great deal of trust in Ms. Klebba over the years. Sometimes it's something harmless, sometimes something more complex, and unfortunately, sometimes something sad that brings us to the practice. Ms. Klebba is always very gentle and compassionate. She does what needs to be done with sound judgment and for the animals' best interests. The practice itself is very centrally located and easily accessible by public transport, although parking can sometimes be difficult, depending partly on the time of day. If there are two of you, you can briefly pull over almost directly in front of the building to get an animal out of the car. Unfortunately, the parking spaces directly on the street in front of the practice are limited to 30 minutes by the city. The practice itself is wheelchair accessible, meaning it's on the ground floor.

Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. We were on vacation in Germany and went to the clinic during opening hours. They didn't examine our dog because they said they didn't have time. Both the employee and the doctor were unsympathetic, uncaring, and didn't even say hello! Terrible experience!

A fantastic veterinarian and a very friendly team. We felt very well cared for. Ms. Klebba's diagnosis and subsequent treatment for our dog were spot on, and all without breaking the bank. Thank you so much! 🙌
