A very dedicated veterinary practice. We've only had positive experiences, whether for emergencies or regular appointments. They always took plenty of time and explained everything clearly. They are easily reachable by phone, and the assistants are incredibly empathetic. We also highly commend them for offering euthanasia at home. This is the best option, especially for animals with negative experiences and associations, and it's also better for us humans not to have to travel to the vet after such a loss and to be able to grieve in peace.

Exceptionally kind! The doctor and assistants! We found a bird that couldn't fly anymore! They took wonderful care of it and had it taken to a wildlife rescue center!

Dr. Gottsknecht and her team saved my cat Benji's life. He had kidney congestion caused by bladder stones (possibly struvite). He had to stay there. Only blood was coming from his bladder. Thank you for the quick help 🙏🫶🌻 Best regards from Benji 😃 and me 😊🙏🫶 I wish there were more emergency veterinary services at night in the Hagen area because driving to Recklinghausen, Duisburg, or anywhere else with an animal in such pain due to acute kidney congestion is torture for the animal. 😭😭😭

Excellent veterinary practice. We take our dogs to Dr. Brenner, who is very empathetic. Since our "big guy" is very anxious, Mr. Lutz always accompanies us to the vet visits. He's always very kind and knows how to handle our Ben with gentle words. The veterinary assistants are all very friendly as well. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the practice or the staff.
