Reviews
Very disappointing and unprofessional. We took our budgie to this veterinary practice because she had lost feathers on her belly and was breathing very rapidly. The veterinarian told us with complete conviction that our bird was not pregnant and had no eggs. The examination cost €36, and we received two medications to boost her immune system. However, that same evening, our budgie suddenly and desperately tried to expel an egg – but it was stuck. She was having great difficulty pushing because she was clearly on the verge of egg binding. The egg was literally glued in place, and she couldn't get it out on her own. We had to provide her with heat using a heat lamp because the situation was getting worse. The next morning, it was just as bad. Only an acquaintance who is very knowledgeable about birds was finally able to carefully and completely remove the egg without damaging it. I really wonder how a veterinarian could miss something so obvious. A misdiagnosis of egg binding can be life-threatening for a small bird. We are very disappointed and do not feel well cared for at this practice. I would have given zero stars if I could.
Exceptionally kind! The doctor and assistants! We found a bird that couldn't fly anymore! They took wonderful care of it and had it taken to a wildlife rescue center!
Unfortunately, we have to give the practice a poor rating. We took our dog to the vet because he was obviously experiencing pain or cramps in his abdomen. After various examinations (X-rays, ultrasound, blood tests), there was still no precise diagnosis. Even after three visits to the doctor, there was still no improvement. Because our dog was obviously suffering more and more, we felt compelled to go to the veterinary clinic on the holiday. After a brief examination and another ultrasound, we received the sobering diagnosis: terminal liver cancer. Unfortunately, there was no way to save him, and he had to be euthanized. We are aware that this diagnosis could not have been reversed even in the practice. But we wonder why the liver, which was completely filled with metastases, was not detected on the practice's ultrasound image. This could have spared the animal several days of agony. Finally, we would like to say that the entire staff was always friendly to both us and our dog. We also always received appointments promptly.
I am very satisfied with the practice and would like to express my sincere thanks. The whole team is great. Dr. Hasanbegovic took excellent care of my dog Rosalie. Thank you so much for your efforts.
