We have been taking our two elderly bearded dragons to Ms. Donhauser for treatment for about three years and are incredibly grateful for her empathetic and competent care. She always takes plenty of time and explains everything clearly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, after intensive care, we had to have our male euthanized. Ms. Donhauser supported us through this difficult time with great dignity, calm, and compassion. This made the farewell as respectful and bearable as possible for us. It's clear that the animals' well-being is her top priority, and we wholeheartedly recommend her.

We took our senior dog there on Monday because he had a skin lesion that he had been licking himself. The veterinarian immediately took very good care of our little guy. It was clear right away that they not only work professionally, but also with a lot of patience and genuine care for the animal. Our dog was examined thoroughly and treated with loving care, which is incredibly important, especially for an older animal. We felt well cared for and that our concerns were taken seriously.

My cats have been under the care of Dr. Schöneberger for many years. Dr. Schöneberger is highly skilled, empathetic, and sensitive to both animals and their owners. He is always patient, friendly, and motivated, with a remarkably positive aura that is contagious. You can feel his love for animals—and for his profession. Thorough examinations and consultations take place without any time pressure; all questions are answered. As a pet owner, I also feel well cared for and supported. Appointments are easy to schedule. There are no long waiting times—unless an emergency requires unscheduled treatment. The convenient opening hours also contribute to peace of mind. The prices are reasonable; nothing unnecessary is done or offered, and I am always asked if I agree to an examination, and the pros and cons are discussed with me. Agreements—such as scheduled callbacks—are always kept reliably. In February and May, my cat vomited unusually severely several times. Dr. Dr. Schöneberger prescribed a homeopathic remedy that helped Tiffy quickly and very effectively in every instance. I know my sweetie is in excellent hands with Dr. Schöneberger. An acquaintance of mine took her bearded dragon to Dr. Donhäuser some time ago and was equally impressed with the excellent and successful treatment. For these reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend the practice of Dr. Schöneberger and Dr. Donhäuser. Another plus: There is ample parking right at the practice. FANTASTIC - I would gladly give more than 5 stars!!!

I would give less than one star. I brought the cat in because she had been vomiting for two days and hadn't eaten anything. The vet gave her four injections and said it was just constipation. She didn't eat anything for the next two days and continued vomiting. When I called him, he said he had done everything he could and that I had to take the cat to the clinic in Bad Kreuznach. Not to mention the cost.
