In 2023, our Greek tortoise suffered from blood poisoning and pneumonia during hibernation. Her kidney and liver values ​​were drastically elevated. Because both values ​​were so high, the medication had to be dosed extremely carefully, which is far from ideal when dealing with blood poisoning and pneumonia. A friend I asked for advice recommended this veterinary practice. Our tortoise received intensive care for two months. During this time, the vet also discovered that her optic nerve had been affected. She couldn't find her food and was disoriented. After two months, she was able to go home, where we continued to administer her medication under supervision. Last week, the latest blood test showed that she is indeed cured. All her values ​​are good. We are overjoyed because we even noticed that she can see again. She is also eating much better and seems almost like she did before the illness, which, given the severity of the disease, is nothing short of a miracle. A heartfelt thank you! We will gladly return. The doctor provides wonderful information, explains everything clearly, is highly competent and totally likeable.

We visited the practice with our cat. We were seen on time, and the problem was explained to us in detail. We're glad we got a second opinion here and are happy to have found a vet who took such great care of our cat and treated her properly. We'd be happy to come back.

We have been taking our two elderly bearded dragons to Ms. Donhauser for treatment for about three years and are incredibly grateful for her empathetic and competent care. She always takes plenty of time and explains everything clearly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, after intensive care, we had to have our male euthanized. Ms. Donhauser supported us through this difficult time with great dignity, calm, and compassion. This made the farewell as respectful and bearable as possible for us. It's clear that the animals' well-being is her top priority, and we wholeheartedly recommend her.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could – we felt so well cared for! I called as a new patient because our beloved golden hamster was showing signs of illness. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and the vet was incredibly friendly. He explained his diagnosis, prescribed medication, and gave us a very kind goodbye. The price was excellent, and his friendliness was truly outstanding. I'm so glad I called and had our pet treated there. Highly recommended!

I would give it less than one star. I brought the cat in because it had been vomiting for two days and hadn't eaten anything. The doctor gave it four injections and said it was just constipation. It didn't eat anything for the next two days and continued vomiting. When I called him, he said he'd done everything he could and I had to take the cat to the clinic in Bad Kreuznach. Not to mention the cost.
